Sen tilava 330 neliömetrin sisätila sijaitsee 2000 neliömetrin laajuisella tontilla, johon kuuluu rehevä 1000 neliömetrin puutarha, joka tarjoaa visuaalista juhlaa ja upeaa panoraamaa. Kiinteistössä on kuusi eleganttia makuuhuonetta ja seitsemän hyvin varustettua kylpyhuonetta, jotka pystyvät vaivattomasti majoittamaan jopa 15 vieraan ryhmän.
