Hotellin sijainti vaikuttaa olevan yksi tärkeimmistä vahvuuksista vahvistettujen asiakasarvioiden perusteella. Se sijaitsee lähellä monia nähtävyyksiä, kuten Aqua Domea, suuria ostoskeskuksia ja kauppoja. Lisäksi se on kävelymatkan päässä juna-asemalta, joten sieltä on helppo päästä muihin Tokion alueisiin. Huoneet

Tokyo Dome -hotelli tarjoaa mukavia huoneita, joista on upea näköala Tokyo Dome Cityyn. Vaikka jotkut vieraat pitivät huoneita hieman vanhanaikaisina hintaan nähden, suurin osa oli vaikuttunut huoneiden siisteydestä ja tilavuudesta. Monet arvostivat mukavia vuodevaatteita ja tiloja sekä avuliasta henkilökuntaa, joka vastasi heidän pyyntöihinsä. Vieraat mainitsevat jatkuvasti, kuinka ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta on, ja jotkut jopa sanovat, että he eivät voisi olla avuliaampia.
