Miniboutique-hotelli on saanut inspiraationsa vedessä ajelehtivista lootuksen terälehdistä, ja siinä majoittuu kerrallaan vain kourallinen vieraita. Hotelli sijaitsee Tokion Warehouse TERRADA -taidekorttelissa kelluvan T-LOTUS M -tapahtumapaikan vieressä (arkkitehti Kengo Kuman valvonnassa). Lopputulos tuntuu enemmänkin siltä, että yöpyisi kelluvassa taideinstallaatiossa kuin perinteisessä hotellissa.
