Yksi hotellin tärkeimmistä tavoitteista on edistää hiilidioksidipäästöjen vähentämistä siirtymällä hiilidioksidipäästöttömään sähköön. Hotellin tavoitteena on vähentää CO2-päästöjä suoraan hallinnoiduilla työpaikoilla 40 prosenttia (verrattuna tiettyyn perusvuoteen) määritellyn aikataulun puitteissa ja saavuttaa käytännössä nollapäästöt ennalta määrättyyn päivämäärään mennessä kauempana tulevaisuudessa. Osana sitoutumistaan hyviin yrityskansalaisiin hotelli osallistuu aktiivisesti kestävän kehityksen tavoitteisiin ja toteuttaa säännöllisesti vapaaehtoistoimia yhteiskunnallisen panoksen antamiseksi.
