Linnahotelli

Linna ja sitä ympäröivä maa-alue ovat peräisin 1700-luvulta. Kiinteistö vaihtoi omistajaa useita kertoja ennen kuin George Murray osti sen 1800-luvun alussa ja nimesi linnan uudelleen Mansfieldiksi. Myrskyisä historia ja omistajanvaihdokset eivät kuitenkaan loppuneet siihen, sillä linna myytiin kerta toisensa jälkeen, kunnes Fowlerin perhe sai sen haltuunsa ja kunnosti sitä perusteellisesti 1900-luvun alussa. Toisen maailmansodan aikana linna oli sotilaskäytössä, ja sodan jälkeen siitä tehtiin hotelli, mutta se vaihtoi edelleen eri omistajia vuosien varrella.

Kummitushotelli

Mansfieldin linna rakennettiin alun perin 1700-luvulla, ja sen jälkeen sen historia on ollut varsin myrskyisä, sillä se on jatkuvasti myyty ja vaihtanut omistajaa. Yksi sen pitkäaikaisimmista omistajista oli Fowlerin perhe, joka osti linnan vuonna 1890 hieman ennen toista maailmansotaa. Herra Fowler kuoli vuonna 1930 ja rouva Fowler vuonna 1938, ja hän asui linnassa viimeiseen hengenvetoonsa asti. Sanotaan, että hänen haamunsa liikkuu yhä linnan saleissa ja huoneissa, mikä osoittaa, että hän oli huolissaan linnasta ja sen tilasta vielä kuolemansa jälkeenkin.

There is a build in wardrobe and plenty room for storage. Each room has 2 side bed cabinets, dressing table and a coffee table. Teas, coffees and hot chocolate is provided in the rooms. The rooms are located into the garden wing of the hotel and are connected to the main castle building by a walkway. There is two standard basis rooms into the castle wing as well.

The executive rooms are large and are located at the front, into the main castle building. Each room is individually decorated with a unique interior and charm and may offer a distinct view. All rooms have electrical kettle, flat screen TV, luggage rack. There is wardrobe and plenty room for storage. Each room has 2 side bed cabinets, dressing table and a coffee table. Teas, coffees, hot chocolate, sparkling/still bottled water and biscuits are provided in the rooms. Most rooms have shower over the bath; some rooms have spa baths and walk in showers.
