Seaside Takutai House This large, spacious, 3-bedroom house is located next to the beach and features sea views. There is a spacious decking with both covered and uncovered areas. Smart TV - and DVD player with in house DVD Library. Please note guests will need to remove their shoes when in the house. Please note this house has a strict 'No Party Policy' Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom. There is one king size bed in this bedroom. When booking for 3-4 guests, you will have access to the second bedroom. There is one king size bed and one single bed in the second bedroom. If booking for 5 or more guests, you will have access to the third bedroom, and beds will be made for the amount of guests booked. There are 2 single beds and 4 bunk beds in the third bedroom. Paparoa Hut This chalet features a stovetop, private entrance, electric kettle, a smart TV and outside seat. If you want a sea view and private outside space this basic hut is not for you. Please book our other cottages. This is a small hut suited to those on a budget wishing to explore the out doors. There is no garden view but have an outside seating area. Ideally located for those coming off the Paparoa Great walk and just across the road from the beach. The hut is situated at road level and just across the road from the Punakaiki Lagoon and beach. This is an eclectic hut with a funky vibe - suited for those on a budget.

Paparoa Cottage This chalet has a tea/coffee maker, washing machine and private entrance. The cottage features a full kitchen, dinning room, and outside furniture. Please note for 2 people staying we will close off one bedroom, 3-4 people staying the second bedroom with be opened. The cottage is at road level with a garden view and across the road from the Punakaiki Lagoon and the beach. This cottage has a bathroom with shower and toilet and and separate toilet in the laundry room off the deck. It has a heat pump for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
