Holmes Room Located on the on the first floor, this room has a walk-through wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Please note the ceiling is sloping in part and this room is not recommended for guests taller than 6 foot. Non-allergenic pillows and quilt are available on request. Please note that on Christmas day and Boxing day (25th - 26th December), St John's house operates on a significantly reduced service including reception and cleaning services. A cold continental breakfast will be supplied in your room.

Mökkihuone This room has a king-size bed and there is an adjoining room that is furnished with a single bed. The single room has a fitted wardrobe and there is enough space for a cot in the room if necessary. The en-suite bathroom serves both rooms and has both a shower and a small bath. Simmonds Room This is the largest room in the house with an impressive Emperor Corbiere Bed which is 7-foot wide. The room has French antique bedside cabinets, a seating area, and a fully integrated wet room with a power shower, heated mirror and towel rail. Please note that on Christmas day and Boxing day (25th - 26th December), St John's house operates on a significantly reduced service including reception and cleaning services. A cold continental breakfast will be supplied in your room.

Peake Room This room is on the first floor of The Stables and has exposed beams and trusses with sky lights. There is a king-size bed and Egyptian cotton sheets. Please note that the ceiling is sloping in part. A cold continental breakfast will be supplied in your room.

Tottingham Room This room is on the first floor of the main house and benefits from high ceilings, an original fireplace and a beautiful Palazzo free-standing bath within the room. There is also an original king-size brass bed. Please note that on Christmas day and Boxing day (25th - 26th December), St John's house operates on a significantly reduced service including reception and cleaning services. A cold continental breakfast will be supplied in your room.

Victoria-huone This is the only room in the house that has a separate private bathroom, located directly opposite the bedroom. This room is located in the main house and is furnished with a restored 5-foot Victorian mahogany bed. The private bathroom benefits from a 1.8 metre bath for 2 people, with an overhead power shower. The bathroom also has an over-sized sink and heated mirror. Please note that on Christmas day and Boxing day (25th - 26th December), St John's house operates on a significantly reduced service including reception and cleaning services. A cold continental breakfast will be supplied in your room. The bathroom is not inside the room.

Peacock Room This room is located in the main house and is furnished with a 17th Century brass bed and features an original hob-grate fireplace. The room also offers a seating area. A cold continental breakfast will be supplied in your room.

Francis Room The room is located on the third floor of the main house and benefits from a Victorian brass king-size Bed, and sitting area with TV and a large working desk. The en suite facilities include a walk-in power shower. A cold continental breakfast will be supplied in your room.

Coyney Room This spacious room is located on the third floor of the main house, with a king-size bed and original fireplace. There is a 52-inch TV, a leather sofa and chair, as well as a large en suite, a work desk and fitted wardrobe. St John Suite This suite, which is located on the third floor, features a spacious bedroom with a 7-foot bed which looks out onto the gardens, as well as a large bathroom and changing area. The bathroom features a vintage copper bath and large walk-in shower, along with a marble dressing tables and full-length mirrors.
