It is situated in Honolulu, Wailai Iki, Kahala district. This property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a Lanai to enjoy the ocean view, a private outdoor pool, and a hot tub. Each bedroom includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Honolulu Airport is 10 miles from the property. Waikiki Beach and Kahala shopping center, which features a "Whole Foods" supermarket, many shops, restaurants, and 'Macy's" department store, are minutes away. Hanauma Bay, the most popular tourist destination on the island, is only 15 minutes from this property. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing time at Kahala Beach, which is 7 minutes away. This property does not offer accommodations for wedding receptions, large gatherings, or late-night parties. There is no charge for utilities, including water, electricity, WIFI, high-speed Internet, cable, and pool cleaning service. This property complies with Hawaii’s new rental ordinance. No sublet is allowed. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for 30 days, and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates are based on a 30-day rental period.
