Insel der Sinne -kylpylä tarjoaa seesteisen ja virkistävän kokemuksen vieraille, jotka haluavat paeta arjen kiireitä. Hyvinvointialueella on puutarhaparatiisi ja saunaranta, joka sopii täydellisesti rentoutumiseen myrskyisällä säällä. Toukokuusta lokakuuhun sauna-alue on varattu aikuisille ja yli 14-vuotiaille nuorille, kun taas nuoremmat vieraat voivat nauttia urheilurannasta. Saunavaihtoehtoihin kuuluvat 60-asteinen yrttikylpylä, jonka kosteus on 45 %, 80-asteinen suomalainen sauna sisätiloissa, josta on näkymä uima-altaalle, ja 90-asteinen suomalainen sauna etelärannalla, josta on näkymä järvelle. Lisäksi vieraille on tarjolla yksilöllisiä rentoutumishuoneita, lämmitettyjä penkkejä, vuorottelevia jalkakylpyjä ja kirjasto, jossa on takka, jossa voi rentoutua. Kylpylä tarjoaa myös Aloe Vera -lehtihoitoja, parihierontoja ja muita hyvinvointipalveluja. Hierontahuoneet ovat ilmastoituja, ja hoidot toteutetaan rakastavassa ilmapiirissä, jota kehystävät miellyttävät tuoksut ja musiikki.
