The Secret Con Dao osoittaa vahvaa sitoutumista ympäristönsuojeluun monin eri tavoin. Hotelli käyttää käänteisosmoosi (RO) -vesijärjestelmää puhtaan juomaveden tarjoamiseen uudelleenkäytettävissä pulloissa, tavoitteenaan poistaa kertakäyttöiset muovipullot. Lisäksi se käyttää ympäristöystävällisiä hygieniatuotteita, jotka on pakattu FSC-sertifioituihin ja biohajoaviin materiaaleihin, tarjoaa uudelleentäytettäviä hygieniatuotteita ja hyödyntää pyykin uudelleenkäyttöohjelmasta saatavaa vettä puutarhan kasteluun.
