As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.
Please note, due to the fact that the hotel does not accept credit cards as a form of payment, guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated arrival time in the comments box during booking.
Reservations will be guaranteed until 19:00 only. For arrivals after this time, guests should have confirmation from the hotel.
