Small Double These compact rooms have a flat-screen TV and facilities for making tea and coffee, but limited views. Some rooms are located separate from the main hotel.

Grand Room with Lake View These are the most spacious rooms at the property and each has a large window that overlooks Windermere. Each room has an en suite bathroom with double ended bath tub, comfortable chairs in the room for relaxing, as well as homemade biscuits and Lakeland tea. Dogs cannot be accommodated in this room type.

Superb Room These larger rooms have an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower or a bath with shower over. The rooms are either located on the ground floor with direct access onto the property's terrace area, or upstairs with views over the grounds and lake views. Please note that there is a limited number of ground-floor Superb Rooms that have a partial view of the lake and one Superb room on the first floor which has no lake view.
